1. General and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions govern all offers, orders, purchases, and/or sales of products and services by Dream Tree Creations (hereafter “DTC”) and all agreements between DTC and its customers (hereafter “Customers”). These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from Dream Tree Creations. By accessing our website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Updates and Modifications
DTC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on our website. Your continued use of this website and our products and services following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use our website.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. All prices for products and services offered by DTC are subject to change without notice. The completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch2. We will inform the Customer within a reasonable timeframe if an order is not accepted.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are approximate only and not guaranteed. DTC is not responsible for delays that are outside of our reasonable control. If delivery is delayed beyond 21 days, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for the product(s) and any shipping fees paid. If delivery is delayed, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Upon delivery, you may be required to sign to confirm receipt, after which time the products become your sole responsibility. For non-Ireland orders, delivery is sent “Delivered At Place” (DAP). This means the Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may be payable to Customs prior to the Customer taking delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty goods, or if the incorrect product was delivered due to our error. In such cases, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, for the damaged or faulty goods or the incorrectly delivered item. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must notify us within 24 hours of purchase if your goods are delivered damaged. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging where possible. To return an item, email us at info@dreamtreecreations.com with your order details and reason for return. Include clear photographic evidence of any damage or defects. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. If the goods are confirmed as damaged upon return, we will issue a refund for the damaged items. Refunds will only be applied to the original method of payment.
7. Credit Notes
We do not offer refunds for reasons other than product damage or incorrect items, but we may offer a credit note at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Subject to our discretion, we may offer a credit note for the value of the returned items (excluding shipping costs), provided the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition (no tears or writing, sealed packs unopened etc.) within 14 days of purchase. If a credit note is issued, it can be used for future purchases and is valid for 12 months from the issue date. A copy of the order confirmation email or invoice must be included with any return so that we can identify it.
8. Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited, except in cases where we have sent the wrong item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded in any circumstances. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel or amend an order before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but they may be returned if they meet our eligibility criteria.

You must provide a valid email address and contact details. Dream Tree Creations is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact information.
11. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights to Content
All content, including text, images, and product designs, is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. The Dream Tree Creations website contains content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. All content is or may be copyrighted as a collective work under applicable copyright laws, and DTC owns the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content on the Dream Tree Creations website. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission. Customers may not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any such content, in whole or in part. 12. Liability and Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delivery delays. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product(s). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Tree Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the website or any products purchased through the website.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Ireland. Any disputes shall be settled in the respective courts of these jurisdictions. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
